TLR and other services restored

A power issue in the server room affecting the database server resulted in a number of services, including TLR, bing unavailable.  The issue has been fixed and TLR is now working.

TLR not working

Logins to TLR are currently not working.

TSS staff have been notified and are working on resolving the issue.

TSS is open normal hours this week

Technology Support Services is open normal hours this week and year-round, excluding campus closures.

We are located in the lower floor of the Library, Media & Technology Center building in room 4122.

Our hours are:

  • Monday - Thursday 8a - 5p
  • Friday 8a - 4:30p

Mail and Wireless services are now functioning properly.

Systems maintenance: June 9, 8a - 12p


This Saturday June 9th, between the hours of 8:00 AM and 12:00 noon, TSS will be conducting maintenance in the server room as part of the server infrastructure stabilization project. During this time you can expect periodic outages of network services including e-mail, VPN, HP9000, reporting services, wireless, and access to the Internet from on campus.  The college web site will not be impacted by this maintenance.
