Dell computer issues fixed

Recent Dell computer issues were fixed as of Friday Feb. 8th ----- Hardware failures that were preventing a large number of computers in the 4102 lab from booting up and functioning, problems with some faculty & staff computers on campus randomly shutting down and re-booting, and a few other isolated issues possibly due to Windows and network driver updates, began surfacing on Friday Jan. 18th.

TSS staff, working with Dell-contracted technicians, got malfunctioning motherboards & hardware components replaced, updates fixed, and the systems working again.
